Sigit ensured that the police did not carry tear gas and firearms during the AFF Cup.

He said the police would also not enter the football stadium. Only stewards or security guards are allowed in the stadium.

“Police officers are allowed to enter the stadium if the organizer’s security officers call in,” he said.

“Of course the internal arrangements are the stewards and then the police officers are only outside the stadium. We start to be in the outer ring of the stadium.
